These Terms govern your use of Choice Limiter for Forms™ - Limit by Response, a Google Forms add-on for managing choice limits and related notifications. Choice Limiter for Forms™ - Limit by Response is developed, published, and supported by App Would Work.

Use of the Add-on

You are responsible for configuring the add-on correctly and reviewing your form settings, limits, responses, and notifications. You must use the add-on in compliance with applicable laws and Google policies.

Google Services

Choice Limiter for Forms™ - Limit by Response runs on Google Apps Script and integrates with Google Forms. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

No Warranty

The add-on is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the add-on.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
